With all of these elements taken into consideration, it was determined the best solution would be to postpone the conference and work closely with the Gaylord to host an event later in the year.”
RDH Under One Roof, originally scheduled for July 16–18, 2020, will now take place Friday, October 9, through Sunday, October 11, 2020, at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. The weekend dates will allow attendees to minimize time away from the office to attend the event.
Attendees will have the option to transfer their registrations to the October event, transfer their registrations to UOR 2021, or receive a full refund. Attendees who booked hotel rooms through the UOR housing partner will also be receiving communications about cancelling and rescheduling those reservations.
The annual conference and expo will maintain its focus on connecting the dental hygiene community with exhibitors and relevant clinical and career information, as well as providing valuable networking opportunities.
