Saginaw, Michigan

As a student: She is a 1985 graduate from Delta College University Center in Michigan. While in high school, she was permitted to shadow a local dentist in a co-op program and fell in love with the profession.

On a daily basis: Audrey works in the dental practices of Dr. Raymond Daily and Dr. Stephen Mancuso in Saginaw. She also assists governmental agencies in forenisic identifications of disaster casualties. "With a 31-year career of cleaning teeth, teaching dental hygiene, and forensic odontology, what I like best about dental hygiene is the unlimited growth potential within the profession. If one is willing to put in the work, the sky is the limit to numerous arenas, including clinical patient care, community dental programs, educational positions, leadership, and entrepreneurial roles."

About Audrey: She has two grown daughters, Amy and Ashley. The family also has "Lucky," a German Shepherd mix who was rescued in New Orleans while Audrey was identifying dental remains in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
