LIFECORE BIOMEDICAL, INC. (Nasdaq:LCBM) Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2001 at 3:30 PM. A live webcast of the meeting will also begin at 3:30 PM, CDT available online at www.lifecore.com and www.streetevents.com. The webcast will be available for replay beginning shortly after the completion of the live meeting.
