New labels for dental documentation launched

EZDental Charting labels for dental documentation provide dental charting by using white, preprinted labels.

The labels works with the company's forms or a practice's existing dental charting pages. This helps to make for consistent, insurance-compliant charting while writing less and noting more details.

With the labels, dentists and hygienists can document periodontal status, gain improved tracking of referrals, routinely update medical history, remember to take X-rays at proper intervals and to schedule diagnosed treatment. Patients can sign to accept or refuse treatment.

Observed treatments are at the "top of the page." Charting standardization among providers in an office is possible with the labels.

Visit EZDental Charting to see the labels and forms or call (323) 656-2212.
