Philips Sonicare Professional Educator of the Year 2009 announced

Janette Delinger has been recognized by Philips Sonicare for her achievements and will receive the Philips Sonicare Professional Educator of the Year 2009 Award.

Delinger, professional education manager for the Midwest Region, delivered programs to dental and dental hygiene students and professional association audiences, as well as writing course curriculum.

Noel Paschke, RDH, MS, North America senior manager of professional education, noted that Delinger's accomplishments include having a positive impact in the U.S., as well as European markets by delivering engaging and compelling courses in those markets.

She will be honored with an inscribed brick in the walking path at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Dentistry in Baltimore, Md. She will also receive a cash award.
