Ultradent collects voluntary employee donations for Haiti relief

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah--In response to the humanitarian crisis that has resulted from the January 2010 earthquake in Haiti, Ultradent has launched a voluntary program to provide employees with the option of donating funds to the American Red Cross for Haiti relief.

Ultradent will match employee donations with a dollar-for-dollar contribution.

"What's happened in Haiti is tragic and deserves the attention of anyone in a position to provide support," said Dr. Dan Fischer, president/CEO of Ultradent Products. "Ultradent employees have always been generous in helping those in need. Because we had such an overwhelming response from management and their employees, we set up a fund to allow voluntary pretax contributions."

Details of the program have been shared with more than 900 employees throughout Ultradent's international network.

Since the program's launch, Ultradent employees have donated thousands of dollars to help the American Red Cross and its partners assist those affected by the disaster.

For more information, call (800) 552-5512 or visit Ultradent.
