Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the words we use to describe how we’re feeling in this profession.
Burnout gets used a lot—and sometimes it fits, sometimes it doesn’t. One of our recent episodes looks at why better language matters, and how mislabeling what we’re experiencing can keep us stuck instead of helping us move forward.
At the same time, many of you are navigating real clinical questions, like how to confidently care for pregnant patients without second-guessing every decision. And then there’s the quieter work: letting go of past mistakes and resetting your mindset as a new year approaches.
These three episodes are about clarity—emotionally, clinically, and personally. My hope is that something here helps you feel more grounded, more confident, and a little less alone.
