July is one of my favorite months of the year; conference season is here! I am headed to the International Symposium on Dental Hygiene in Milan, Italy, and then to RDH Under One Roof in Washington, DC, where I hope to see many of you! This season always reminds me how much I value learning, sharing, and supporting one another as a profession.
Reflecting on this month’s first two episodes, I was reminded that we all have the opportunity, and responsibility, to shape the care we provide for our patients, our loved ones, and ourselves. Meaningful change happens when curiosity meets evidence-based practice and we are willing to ask, “Is there a better way?”
