RDH has received several requests regarding the status of RDH Under One Roof in July. Our most important priority is the safety of the dental hygiene community, your patients, our partners, and our staff. The very real threat of this virus will dictate our actions going forward. However, at this point in time, it is our full intention to move forward as planned to provide our dental hygiene community and customers with what we know will be much-needed training, networking, and social opportunities this July.
We are closely monitoring the recommendations of our government and negotiating alternative dates if the decision is made to reschedule. Please know we have numerous advisors and your safety and best interest is being considered in all the decisions pertaining to Under One Roof and other events supported by Endeavor Business Media.
During these challenging times, please maintain social distancing, abide by shelter in place recommendations, and accept the daily changes that are supporting a positive outcome. Please be patient. We will provide our final decision as soon as it is made. RDH Under One Roof is 16 weeks away and our country has made significant changes in the past two weeks. Together, we will all get through this.
With the uncertainty of what will happen in the coming months, we want to assure you that all attendee registrations will by fully refunded or applied to the next event should RDH Under One Roof be cancelled. The last thing we want is for anyone to worry about their investment with us. As you have taken care of us, we will take care of you.
We are facing unprecedented times. But we know that together, as a team, we will overcome the challenges.
So please, plan to join us. It is with great hope that we look forward to seeing you in Denver!
