    As we move into 2024, we’re looking at dental hygienists who are influential change makers. The Sunstar/RDH Award of Distinction is the perfect way to honor these standouts. This year, nominees will have the opportunity to select a category where their efforts have been focused. 

    In 2024, the Sunstar/RDH Award of Distinction will recognize six recipients in these categories:

    • Public health
    • Full-time clinician
    • Academia
    • Entrepreneur
    • New RDH (graduated 5 years ago or fewer)
    • Research

    As the popular award enters its 23rd year, do you know someone who should join the 143 past recipients for this honor? There are so many outstanding members of this profession!
