Dear RDH:
It is wonderful to be informed about issues affecting dental hygienists and the way we practice our profession. I look forward to getting RDH each month, but the May 2000 issue I found to be exceptional! Kudos!
"The road to a successful new patient visit" submitted by Carol Tekavec, CDA, RDH, reminds us of the backbone to a successful and profitable dental hygiene department. Perhaps you should forward that one on to some of the magazines that are published for our dentist employers. They need a "reality check" once in a while to inspire them toward improving team efforts in patient management.
