Safety Syringes, Inc., introduces a mechanism to safely recap needles with one hand from behind the needle after an injection. The UltraSafe aspirating syringe`s design also permits an unobstructed view of the anesthetic being injected.

- The needle is exposed for only a few moments before the injection as one-handed activation of a needle guard eliminates recapping and exposure to a contaminated needle.

- The anesthetic cartridge is dropped down into the barrel rather than through a slot, and the plunger assembly is snapped onto the barrel top.

- The UltraSafe syringe is made of a styrene-butadiene copolymer, which is a transparent, shatter-resistant resin.
