How do you unwind?

RDH eVillage wants to profile dental hygiene students who have unusual ways of taking a break from studying.

by Ann-Marie DePalma, RDH, BS

As dental hygiene students, most, if not all, of your time is spent studying. But what do you do for relaxation and enjoyment?

RDH eVillage would like to occasionally spotlight a dental hygiene student or recent graduate who "gets away" from studying and the demands of the dental hygiene program in a different and fun-filled manner.

• Do you have an unusual hobby or part-time non-dental job?

• Do you participate in a sport regularly or other activity for relaxation?

Share your activities with other hygiene students, and maybe you will find some new friends and a new activity to keep you "sane" while in hygiene school!

Please forward any information and pictures to Ann-Marie DePalma, RDH, BS, at [email protected] or Kristine A. Hodsdon, RDH BS, at [email protected]. And look for your hobbies to be featured in upcoming eVillage issues.
