Noel Kelsch, MS, RDHAP, is a syndicated columnist, researcher, writer, speaker, and cartoonist. She is the director of Cabrillo College dental hygiene program, past president of the California Dental Hygienists ‘Association, and immediate past president of the Dental Hygiene Board of California.
