Linda Rhoades, RDH, BS, is celebrating 40 years as a licensed dental hygienist, and more recently, her retirement from clinical hygiene. She stays active in dentistry by running a study club for hygienists, freelance writing, and providing marketing services for a periodontal practice in The Villages, Florida. She volunteers in the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA) mentorship program and was the recipient of the Irene Newman Award for Clinical Excellence at the 2021 ADHA Annual Session.
