Caroline Cowgill, BS, RDH, is a 2019 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana. She was the 2019 recipient of the Achievement in Community Dentistry and Dental Public Health recognition award. She is practicing clinical dental hygiene in St. Louis, Missouri.
