Caitlin Stanley, RDH, is the dental coordinator for the Health Wagon in Central Appalachia. After the organization constructed its first permanent dental clinic in 2023—following decades as the nation’s largest mobile dental provider, Caitlin introduced an innovative hygienist-coordinated model to expand preventive care, increase efficiency, and integrate dental services with medical and behavioral health care. She is passionate about reducing rural oral health disparities through scalable, preventive-driven systems. A homegrown Appalachian believes that dental health is a national responsibility and a matter of health equity, not geography.
