RDH Community Connections welcomes new members
RDH is building on the success of the RDH Community Connections (RCC) program by concentrating on all community connections and not limiting the focus to social media. Our readers let us know we needed to broaden the vision, so we listened and changed. The RCC program will now embrace all communities where an RDH may build a professional connection—study clubs, public health programs, locally, or personal networks are all examples of where dental hygienists are champions at building communities.
RDH Community Connections identifies dental hygienists who have a mission or cause to further promote dental hygiene initiatives. RCC members are the upcoming influencers of the profession, reflective of their efforts in their own communities and networks and with a desire for continued professional advancement.
Patterson Dental has been the proud sponsor of the RCC program since 2020. In 2024, Patterson will continue to recognize dental hygienists and the communities where their actions make a difference. Be sure to attend the Patterson Welcome Reception honoring the RDH Community Connections program at RDH Under One Roof in Denver, Colorado, in July.
