Aaron D. Cline – Territory representative. Cline&rquo;s sales and sales management career spans nearly 15 years. A 1996 graduate of Florida Atlantic University, he will cover greater Ocala and Gainesville, Fla., as well as parts of Citrus and Hernando counties.
Sarah Fromknecht – Territory representative. Fromknecht began her sales career in 2004 after receiving a marketing degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her territory includes the greater Erie, Warren, and Clarion areas of Pennsylvania.
Amy Hagler – Territory representative. A 2003 graduate of the University of Arkansas, she began her dental sales career in 2005. For Benco Dental, she will cover Little Rock and parts of central Arkansas.
Steve Kelley – Territory representative. Kelley has more than 25 years of experience in dental sales. He formerly served as regional manager for a large oral pharmaceuticals firm as well as director of sales for a prominent regional dental distributor. His territory is in greater Charlotte.
Jaime Maglisceau– Territory representative. A dental sales rep since 2004, Maglisceau has served as a presenter for Dental Boot Kamp and was active with the Young Dentists Study Club. His territory is in Dallas.
Chris Pinello – Territory representative. Pinello attended Illinois State University and has been a sales professional since 1999. He recently completed Benco Dental&rquo;s comprehensive BencoU sales training course. His territory is in suburban Chicago.
Belinda Riddle, RDH – Territory representative. A registered dental hygienist, Riddle most recently served as director of a children&rquo;s camp program and does volunteer work with inner city children. Her territory is in greater Shreveport, La.
Brian F. Travers – Inventory Control Specialist. A 2006 graduate of St. Joseph&rquo;s University, Travers holds a degree in marketing. He will help customers implement and maintain Benco Dental&rquo;s electronic inventory management solutions in greater Philadelphia.
Jennifer Trembone – Territory representative. Trembone received her pre-med degree from Stonybrook University in 2001. Before entering dental sales fulltime in 2004, she worked as a dental assistant for four years. Her territory is on Long Island.
Angela Williams, CDA – Territory representative. Williams worked in private practice from 1993 to 2001 before becoming an instructor for Concorde Career Colleges, Inc. through 2007. Her territory includes the Quad Cities of Iowa as well as parts of Illinois.
Coltene/Whaledent, Inc.
Drew Hausdorf – Territory manager. Drew joins Coltene Whaledent in Atlanta and will cover the states of Georgia, Alabama, and the Florida panhandle. He comes from the pharmaceutical industry.
Nathalie Larochelle – Territory manager. Nathalie joins Coltene Whaledent in a newly formed territory based in Rochester, N.Y. Her background as an account specialist will help her serve the state of New York, excluding Manhattan.
Joe Malik – Territory manager. Malik joins Coltene Whaledent to cover the Michigan territory. He previously worked in the building and construction supply industry.

Shauneen Ryan – Territory manager. Shauneen joins Coltene Whaledent in Ontario, Canada. She brings dental experience to the newly created Eastern Toronto territory.
Eric Schriver – President and general manager. In his new position, Schriver will be responsible for the operative management of Coltène/Whaledent, Inc. in the United States and Canada.
Jerry Sullivan – Chief executive officer, Coltene Holding AG. Sullivan is the former president and will remain the chief executive officer of the Coltene/Whaledent Inc.
DentalEZ Group
Craig Christianson – Institutional sales representative. In his new position, Christianson will be responsible for developing new prospects and additional sales for regional government and educational institutions. His territory will cover the West Coast region. He brings a seasoned knowledge of both the dental and military markets to his new position.
Jeff Clark – Equipment sales representative. Clark will be responsible for developing new prospects and additional equipment sales. His territory will include the regions of Northern California and, with the exception of Las Vegas, the entire state of Nevada.
Midmark
Tim Silvers – Product manager, sterilization products. Silvers joined Midmark in 2002 as the air and vacuum product manager for the dental division. During his five years in this position, Silvers provided the marketing leadership required to drive the evolution from two separate Apollo and Matrx air and vacuum product lines to the all new Midmark line launched in 2007.
OraPharma, Inc.
Roger Peterson – National sales director. During his 21-year career at Johnson & Johnson, Peterson has held key sales and marketing positions in both the pharmaceutical and consumer sectors including, most recently, product director at Ortho-McNeil-Janssen, Inc.

Scott Kent – Regional manager. He previously served as senior Midwest regional field manager for another dental company. His career has involved several positions, including senior territory manager, product manager, and Midwest/Canadian regional sales manager.
Mitchell Krueger – Regional manager. An orthodontic industry veteran, he has more than two decades of sales experience for several dental companies.
David Nasharr – Regional manager. With more than two decades of orthodontic industry experience, he previously served area manager and territory manager for other dental companies.
Todd Nickerson – Regional manager. He has worked in the dental and orthodontic sales arena for 12 years, most of which covering the southeast region of the country.

David R. Bethune – Interim chief executive officer. Bethune has been a member of the board since 2005, its chairman since May 2007, and executive chairman since August 2007.
