Keynote speaker — We should warn you. The final RDH Under One Roof seminar on Aug. 7 is commonly referred to as the “wrap-up” seminar. Her presentation will help attendees “level the gender playing field” through nonverbal communication; learn techniques about body language positions that leaders use; change precognitive assumptions in dealing with staff and patients; and eliminate “victim” tactics that can lead to manipulation and anger.
