Coltene Whaledent
Matt Avera - Territory manager. Avera joins Coltene Whaledent in Atlanta and will cover the states of Georgia, Alabama, and the Florida panhandle. He joins us from the medical industry.
Lee Ann Colls - Territory manager. Colls joins Coltene Whaledent in Orange County, Calif. She previously worked in the information technology field.
Kathie Lynch - Territory manager. Lynch is a registered dental hygienist and will be covering Coltene Whaledent’s Kansas/Missouri territory.
Rachel Thomas - Territory manager. Thomas joins Coltene Whaledent to cover the Michigan territory. She previously worked in advertising and marketing.

Dr. Michael Gaglio - Vice president of marketing. In his new role, Dr. Gaglio will be responsible for technical, clinical, and high technology marketing functions and personnel for the company’s North American division. Most recently, Dr. Gaglio spearheaded the newly formed high technology marketing team.

Dr. Robert Lee - Director of marketing, operatory products. Dr. Lee has more than 12 years of dental marketing experience. He has a bachelor of dental surgery degree from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
DENTSPLY International, Inc.
Gary K. Kunkle Jr. - Chairman of the board. He succeeds John C. Miles II, who will continue to serve as a director of the company. Kunkle joined DENTSPLY in January 1997 as president and chief operating officer and was appointed to the board of directors in March 2002. He was elected chief executive officer in late December 2003.
Lanmark Group, Inc.
Cathy Guiney - Senior account executive. Previously, Guiney held the position of account executive at Lanmark Group. In her new position, Guiney will be responsible for supervising account efforts for major Lanmark clients such as Johnson & Johnson and Wm. J Wrigley.
Danielle Nicole Malyska - Account executive. Malyska brings more than three years of experience and knowledge of the healthcare marketing industry to her new position. She will be responsible for managing and maintaining various marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional programs for several of Lanmark’s major accounts.
Michael Ventriello - Public relations manager. Ventriello will assume the position as public relations manager on all agency accounts. Ventriello carries over years of marketing and public relations skills from his previous employment with Sungard Data Systems, Information Builders, and PNY Technologies.

Doug McKnight - Senior field sales representative. McKnight will cover Ohio, Kentucky, western Pennslyvania, and Indiana. He was most recently a sales representative for another company and also has more than 15 years experience in dental equipment and supplies sales and management.
Don Smith - Senior field sales representative. Smith will represent Progeny in New England and metro New York. He comes to Progeny with more than 20 years of experience in dental sales. In 2004, Smith passed an exceptional sales milestone, selling 1,100 intraroal X-ray systems in a single year.
Sirona
Tracy MacDonald - Territory manager, instruments, Northeast region. MacDonald began her career in the dental industry with 14 years as a dental assistant, after which she enjoyed five successful years of sales at another dental company. MacDonald will cover Massachusetts, northern Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Maine.
Steven Pryce - Territory manager, instruments, Southwest region. Pryce comes to Sirona from another dental company where he was one of the top account executives. He is responsible for the area comprising southern California, southern Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Hawaii.
Whip Mix Corporation
Stuart Steinbock - Vice president, new product development. A fourth-generation member of the founding family, Steinbock has been with the company since 1999 in the roles of international sales manager and director of new product development.
Island Dental
Kevin Connors - Vice president of equipment, service, and technology. Bringing more than 25 years of experience to the post, Connors has worked as a service technician, territory sales representative, equipment specialist, manufacturer’s representative, and has management experience.
Brian Frary - Western region operations manager. Over the past three years, Frary has worked as a service technician/manager for Island Dental family in the Las Vegas territory.
Xavier Garcia - Manager, equipment financing. Previously, he served as account coordinator with MCI/WorldCom and, for the past two years, he was supervisor of credit and collections at Island Dental.
David Miller - Equipment specialist/branch manager. Miller brings more than 30 years of experience and a vast knowledge of the medical/dental product sales and marketing industry to his new position overseeing Island Dental’s Sacramento branch.
Ronnie Mullins - Equipment specialist/branch manager. Mullins brings more than 15 years of his talent, skills, and experience in the healthcare/marketing industry to his new position. Most recently, he served as a territory manager for another company for 10 years. He will overseeing Island Dental’s Atlanta branch.
Vincent Ray - Eastern regional operations manager. Ray brings more than 20 years of industry experience to his new position. He is currently working out of the Atlanta office.
Jim Renfro - Branch manager, instruments. Renfro brings more than 21 years of dental industry experience to the Island Dental family. He will oversee the Houston branch.

Jennifer Cook - Field sales consultant. Cook joins Sullivan-Schein in its San Francisco office and brings more than six years of dental industry experience to the company. She previously worked as a sales representative at a different dental supply company.
Dan Holland - Regional general manager. Holland joins Sullivan-Schein in its Charlotte, N.C., office. He previously worked in the dental industry for more than six years and previously was a field sales consultant for Sullivan-Schein.
Randy Montgomery - Field sales consultant. Montgomery joins Sullivan-Schein in its New Orleans office, and brings a year of dental industry experience to the company. He previously worked as a dental product specialist at a different dental supply company.
Keith Walls - Regional general manager. Walls joins Sullivan-Schein in its Houston office, and brings more than three years of dental industry experience to the company.
Chris Young - Regional general manager. Young joins Sullivan-Schein in its Arkansas/Memphis region, and brings more than 10 years of dental industry experience to the company. He previously was a field sales consultant for Sullivan-Schein.

Phillippe Antoine Defoy - Territory sales manager, Canada. Most recently, Defoy was an account manager at another dental company, where he successfully helped launch new products.
Gordon Hagler - President. Hagler has had a distinguished career in the dental industry for more than 30 years. Most recently, he has been vice president of digital imaging & strategic relations for PracticeWorks/Kodak Dental Systems, which acquired Trophy Dental in 2003.
Greg A. Morton - Territory sales manager, Western region. Previously he served in a variety of positions, including technology representative and branch manager with another dental company for more than 15 years.

Carl E. Bretko - Senior vice president. Previously, Bretko has served as president and chief executive officer of DentalEZ Group, an affiliate of JEP Management.

Martha Cabrera - Territory representative. Cabrera brings more than 12 years of dental sales experience to Benco Dental. Her territory is greater Jacksonville, Fla.
Jennifer Guthrie - Territory representative. A 2003 graduate of Appalachian State University, Guthrie will assist customers in Winston-Salem, N.C., and the surrounding area.
Trish Hudson - Territory representative. A former dental laboratory technician, Hudson was a customer service manager at a leading dental manufacturer before joining Benco Dental. Her territory is the greater San Antonio area.
Brandon Krapf - Territory representative.
Krapf graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in marketing and international business. He was a corporate buyer with a large retail chain before joining Benco Dental.
Matt Magill - Territory representative. A 2005 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in business administration, Magill will cover the Harrisburg, Pa., area for Benco Dental.
Anne H. McElroy - Territory representative. McElroy joined Benco Dental as an inventory control specialist. As a territory rep, she will cover the Syracuse, N.Y., area.
Alex Melo - Territory representative. Formerly a service technician with a large dental company, Melo’s territory is the San Antonio/Corpus Christi areas.
Daniel Rood - Territory representative. Rood entered the dental industry as a technical support specialist with Benco Dental before his promotion to territory rep, where he will cover Allentown and Williamsport, Pa., and Binghamton, N.Y.
Paul Schneider - Territory representative. Schneider has served as a purchaser and merchandise manager for a large dental equipment company before joining Benco Dental. His territory is the Miami, Fla., region.
Andy Wichmann - Inventory control specialist. A 2000 graduate of Roanoke College, Wichmann served as national recruiter for a healthcare consulting firm prior to joining Benco Dental. He will assist customers in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C., areas.
Doug Yeager - Territory representative. Yeager is an experienced dental sales representative. His Benco Dental territory is Mobile, Ala., and the surrounding area.
