Parkell introduces its Manual Tune/Autotune ultrasonic scaler, which allows the operator to convert to manual tuning by pulling outwards on the power control knob.

- The miniaturized scaler was designed when dentists and hygienists indicated a preference for a manual tune scaler for low-power subgingival ultrasonic debridement.

- The operator first adjusts the frequency by using the basic tuning knob, and then refines it by using a fine-tuning knob.

- The solid-state scaler accepts any Parkell or Cavitron insert.
