The ultimate in customized GTR barriers, this unique flowable polymer is composed of polylactic acid and offers dental professionals important clinical and practical advantages that include easy to use, quick to apply, effective, economical, and precise.
The recommended procedure is to apply a bone-grafting material such as PerioGlas® alloplast to the debrided defect, and flow the unique ATRISORB® polymer gel over the grafted area. Then set the barrier with a mist of sterile water or saline for 10 to 20 seconds, and suture the flap back into position.
