- Sootheze is heated and applied to the back of the neck.
- The pillows are microwaved for a couple of minutes, and the natural buckwheat kernels retain heat for several hours.
- Sootheze pillows have removable, washable cotton-flannel covers.
- Two sizes are available - a 6-inch x 27-inch neck pillow or a 9-inch x 13-inch back pillow.
