Fluoride Varnish
Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals announces its purchase of worldwide rights to Duraphat Fluoride Varnish from Rhone-Poulenc Inc. for domestic and international distribution.
- The product will be marketed nationally next month.
- Duraphat Fluoride Varnish is a concentrated formula (22,600 ppm fluoride) that is applied to the teeth as an in-office treatment.
- The varnish can be applied with either a disposable brush or cotton-tip applicator, a probe, or disposable syringe.
