ADA Acceptance
Ultradent Products announces that its Opalescence Tooth Whitening Gel has received acceptance from the American Dental Association, and new packaging will carry the ADA seal.
- Opalescence Tooth Whitening Gel is a highly viscous, sustained-release, 10 percent carbamide peroxide solution that is worn in a soft, flexible tray for eight to 10 hours at night for a maximum of two weeks.
- Scalloped edges on the tray prevent overlapping onto gums, decreasing the chance of sensitivity. The gel contains 20 percent water.
