Medical-grade resin can be safely sterilized in steam autoclave or chemiclave systems (dry heat and cold sterilization is not recommended). The single-end design facilitates ease in handling mirrors. The double-end design fits any carbon-steel, cone-socket scalers, curettes, and other tips using the standard 4/48 thread.
