Derik Sven was surprised by how much he enjoyed RDH Evolution when he attended last year for the first time. It helped him move forward in his career, and he truly had no idea if he was making the right move when he planned to attend. He went back this year for a second year, and attended RDH Under One Roof both years as well.

He now advises his fellow dental hygienists to do the same. He recommends they start with RDH Under One Roof, and then watch their network grow and career expand! There’s no other show that supports and cheers for dental hygienists like UOR.

Derik lectured at UOR about the dental laboratory, offering perspective about the dental and forensic applications. He walked his peers through how to make dental restorations inside the lab. He then talked about practical applications for people with highly restored teeth, how to treat All-on-4, details about All-on-4, and then his "favorite part" …. the shocking lack of regulations for dental labs. His lecture was very well received.

There are different and intriguing topics offered every year by industry experts at UOR. UOR 2025 will be at the Gaylord Resort in Dallas July 18-20. Tune into Derik's and my discussion to hear more.
