Finding balance and defining your worth
Amanda Horman was a first-time attendee at RDH Evolution and Under One Roof this year. She said the workshops lift up attendees and bring incredible personal development. She’s tried other workshops and found these two, especially Evolution, stand out in what they have to offer dental hygienists.
Amanda explains how enlightening the workshops and peer connections were and will be for her career and beyond. She tells her peers that the events focus on each person and how that person can grow, both personally and professionally. She felt energized and knows those around her felt the same. Everyone wants to take their newfound energy back to their operatories and beyond.
She highly recommends that her peers attend Evolution and UOR, and she would have done so sooner but she only recently learned about both. UOR 2025 will be at the Dallas Gaylord Resort July 18-20.
