What is a "hygienepreneur"?
My guest this week is Tiffany Wuebben, who founded Hygienepreneur. She and I met at RDH Under One Roof a few years ago, and I encouraged her to present some of her ideas at UOR. They were very well received.
Tiffany said UOR set her on a very helpful path of reaching dental teams to help them become more productive and happier with their careers. She stresses a positive mindset, which simply comes naturally to her.
One of the many things she promotes is “a hygiene practice within a practice,” which has had proven success in dental offices throughout the nation.
Tiffany wrote Hygienepreneur: The Dental Hygienist’s Guide to Career Success & Personal Transformation, and recently coauthored a second book with Marni Blythe titled The Culture Catalyst.
