Parkell Products recently published the first issue of PerioHygiene Today, a combination hygiene magazine and catalog written for dental hygienists and dentists interested in nonsurgical periodontal techniques and devices.
The first issue features an article discussing ways to organize radiographs for easier diagnosis of periodontal disease. Another article offers hints for effective subgingival ultrasonic debridement. A special section devoted to reader concerns includes a discussion concerning use of ultrasonic scalers around pregnant women.
