Paradise Dental Technologies recently introduced two new ACE Furcation Probes, which feature a contra angle end for universal adaptation, allowing for easier access to all furcations. Mesial and lingual furcations can be properly charted and monitored. Both instruments feature the furcation probe on one end. Pierrel Research USA, a subsidiary of Pierrel SpA, the Italian-based pharmaceutical services company recently announced the U.S. launch of Orabloc (articaine hydrochloride 4% with epinephrine 1:100,000 and articaine hydrochloride 4% with epinephrine 1:200,000).
