It came when she spoke at a dental hygiene graduation ceremony a few years ago. This got her thinking about what traits a dental hygienist needs to be successful.
Every trait she thought of led back to curiosity ... in ourself, our profession, our education, our patients, and finally, in our team. Amanda believes this mindset will lead to a successful career.
