How to find your perfect career balance

Elly Quinn enjoys both teaching and clinical hygiene. She feels the balance works well for her and she encourages her peers to find what's right for them.

Elly Quinn serves as a dental hygiene instructor two days a week and works clinically three days a week. She feels the mix is perfect for her because the clinical helps her stay on top of the latest developments, and then share these with her students.

She also shares real-world stories with students. Plus, she loves both the patient and student interactions. Some of the advice she shares with students is to start their career with temping to get a feel for many types of offices, and to take ergonomics seriously from the start.

Listen to what Elly shares with Jackie, and what advice she shares to help you find that perfect balance in your career.
