Positive momentum: Fulfilling dreams in dental hygiene
Letitia Hill, one of the 2025 Award of Distinction recipients, joins me to talk about how her life has changed since she received the award. Letitia enjoyed the recognition and whirlwind at RDH Under One Roof, and loved meeting the other recipients and gaining from their knowledge.
As someone on the job for fewer than five years, Letitia admits she struggled her first 18 months out of hygiene school. She decided to reach out to those who were experiencing the same types of doubts. She's glad she took that step and has gained as much from guiding the new grads as she's shared with them.
