In the upcoming weeks look forward to content relating to preparing for work once the COVID-19 pandemic is over, what you can be doing now to support your personal career development, and how can you inform your patients of the positive changes they will see in your office when they return. Many of you have heard me quote JFK quite often and I recently read a message of his that struck home: “Efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction.”
I know these times are challenging and we all face the element of the unknown. But try to think ahead by defining your purpose and direction in the recovery. I have had the opportunity to speak with many of our colleagues and embrace the positivity and the element of empowerment the dental hygiene professional holds inside of them. As always, I am proud to be a dental hygienist.
