These roadshows are a way to increase one-on-one time with our greatest asset – the dealer representative. Being able to discuss unique selling points of our product, as well as receive no-holds barred feedback, has been truly enlightening to everyone who attends, especially us.”
Boston or bust!
The most recent stop on the tour was Boston, where Kerr members were met with a resounding response from Patterson partners. “With Kerr’s new composite out, everyone really liked being able to compare it to other products. But rather than your typical clinical setting, it was in an upbeat, relaxed, and very positive environment,” said Edward Ferrero, Boston branch manager at Patterson Dental. The meeting was at a restaurant with a library, which created a more intimate space. “My team came away feeling closer to the Kerr team. We got to know each other, and we learned about Kerr’s 120-year legacy and the long, successful history behind Herculite technology and where it is going.”
