GUM/RDH 2025 Award of Distinction: Letitia Hill
As the recipient of the GUM/RDH Award of Distinction as a new RDH, Letitia Hill feels like she's already arrived. But she realizes she still have plenty of room to grow, and wants to make mentoring others a bit part of her plan.
Her own experiences as a new hygienist were overwhelming, but she persevered and now loves her profession. She wants others to know it's natural to feel overwhelmed and to second guess your choices. But there's support among peers, and Letitia is leading the way to help new grads.
