- Researchers at the Periodontal Disease Research Center at the University of Florida (Gainesville) reported a statistically significant overall reduction of tooth hypersensitivity among patients using the Sonicare sonic toothbrush. Female participants, in particular, experienced greater reduction of hypersensitivity with Sonicare.
