Digital still recorder

To meet the demand for dental-image capture and storage products in the dental market, Sony Electronics has introduced a digital still recorder. The new model (DPA-300) records up to 2,000 high-resolution, full-color images and stores them digitally on a 2.5-inch MD Data disc, a data-storage disc that enables users to record or transport large reference and graphic files on a convenient, pocket-size disc.

To meet the demand for dental-image capture and storage products in the dental market, Sony Electronics has introduced a digital still recorder. The new model (DPA-300) records up to 2,000 high-resolution, full-color images and stores them digitally on a 2.5-inch MD Data disc, a data-storage disc that enables users to record or transport large reference and graphic files on a convenient, pocket-size disc.

Images can be archived along with patient records or accessed in a variety of different methods for application, including pre- and post-patient review, presentations, or education.
