Ultradent Products introduces a melon flavor for the Opalesence Tooth Whitening Gel.
* Opalescene Tooth Whitening Gel is also available in the original and mint flavor, but the melon flavor was described by the company as a Ohybrid of watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe.O
* The whitening gel is delivered through a syringe and is a 10 percent carbamide peroxide gel that is worn in a soft, scalloped tray.
* The highly viscous, sticky gel stays in the tray during treatment, reducing the possibility of ingestion and gum sensitivity. Treatment is usually completed in less than two weeks when the tray is worn for eight to 10 hours at night.
