Q&A with Burkhart's Brandyn Hohs Colorado

March 1, 2012

What do you love most about your current job? The fact that I have established relationships with my clients and most of them have become good friends.

What was a defining moment in your current career that proved to you that you had finally achieved what you had been working for? When your clients start asking you to dinner and start inviting you to their Christmas parties as a part of their team.

What was your worst job ever? Basically working in a sweatshop. It was a summer job between my junior and senior year of college. The job I had fell through and my last hope was working for a temp service. It was the most boring assembly line job you could imagine!

My favorite meal is: Anything my wife makes. I love her salads!

If I could vacation anywhere in the world, it'd be: Kauai, Hawaii.

The one piece of technology I can't live without is: I would love a weekend away from my phone but, in all honesty, I can't be without it.

The last thing I purchased was: A wine making kit.

The last song I heard was: "I Have A Dream" by The City Harmonic

When I need inspiration, I: Turn on Klove, a Christian music station

But if I want to unwind, I: Would go for a run (during the summer).

If I could go back in time, the one piece of advice I would give myself 10 years ago would be: To not stress about the small stuff and to really enjoy life.

The best day I have had working for Burkhart Dental was: Every year it's the day year-end numbers and ranking comes out, because every year I have done better. I get to see the reward for my work all year long.
