Amber Auger loves the dental hygiene profession, and she loves working in the operatory. Unfortunately, she can only work in the operatory part time now due to her carpal tunnel syndrome.

She chose to pivot to becoming a speaker/consultant for her peers. Her journey led her to notice a real love/hate relationship for the profession among her fellow dental hygienists. Amber talked to many of them and learned a lot of them are apathetic due to various circumstances.

This led to Amber to form Thrive in the Op, a series of on-demand courses that provide RDHs with the tools to find joy in the operatory again. Much of this deals with mind management and developing the ability to not self-sabotage. Amber experienced negativity in dental practices firsthand and watched many of her peers handle negative situations poorly. She provides the tools to handle things in a positive way.

She’s heard from many hygienists who are very happy with the results after signing up for Thrive in the Op. Tune in to find out if it's right for you and how to sign up.
