How to find your happiness again
L’Diamante Consulting founders Laura Bettencourt and Danielle Avila want their fellow hygienists to be as happy in their careers as they are. The two friends realized just how real burnout is in the dental hygiene profession. Many RDHs who want to change course or find new ways to enjoy the op have no idea where to start.
