Michelle's lesson to hygienists at RDH Under One Roof, and all year-round, is that RDHs have what it takes. Recognize your own gifts and use that in your career. Own what you have to be successful. Don't be aferaid to shine your light. There's a tendency to focus only on patients, but hygienists matter and should be proud of their talents and strengths and inspire people.
