LightWave Health Systems introduces TouchCare CD 3.0, which is interactive patient education software.

- The software is programmed for CD, CD-I, and video CD platforms.

- TouchCare features "living" video footage and dental professionals and patients can "hopscotch" through an hour of programming.

- The first disc, TouchCare Video Gallery, can be used as a reference library or in a variety of optional continuous or interactive play modes. The 13 full-motion video programs can be used in standalone settings in the reception or consultation area or in combination with other software, such as intraoral cameras.

- The second disc, TouchCare Smile Gallery, presents 92 before-and-after portrait-style photos of real patients, demonstrating the results of cosmetic and restorative dental procedures.
